Mackline Viegas is the visionary leader behind United for Change, driven by a deep commitment to education, skill development, and community empowerment. With an academic foundation in science (M.Sc.) and prior experience as a Research Associate at IIT Guwahati, Mackline brings both intellectual rigor and practical insight to the organization’s mission.
Passionate about creating equal opportunities, Mackline believes that education must go beyond academics — it must open doors to employability, self-reliance, and dignity.
